Marketing Analyst
Location: Hybrid (Vancouver)
Type: Full-Time
Reports to: Marketing Lead
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Analyst to support our content, digital, and performance marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing, including content creation, social media, campaign execution, performance tracking, and event coordination.
You’ll contribute to day-to-day marketing operations, helping create digital content, design branded visuals, analyze basic metrics, and assist with various ongoing projects. You’ll work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to support campaigns that build brand awareness and drive inbound engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule content across LinkedIn and Instagram
- Design social graphics, quote cards, and visual assets using Canva
- Write concise, engaging captions aligned with brand guidelines
- Assist in preparing and sending email newsletters via HubSpot
- Help maintain and manage the content and campaign calendar
- Support blog production and apply basic SEO best practices
- Track content performance, monitor metrics, and summarize insights
- Collaborate with Sales to align marketing content with funnel objectives
- Contribute to ad hoc marketing tasks, including event planning, research, and asset development
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Proficient in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Comfortable with LinkedIn and Instagram for business
- Basic understanding of SEO and marketing performance metrics
- Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn
- Bonus: Experience with Design, HubSpot & Google Analytics

Compensation
$52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
